• WHAT IF I PURCHASED THE SHIRT FOR SOMEONE AND THEY DON'T LIKE THE SIZE OR DESIGN OR I GOT IT FOR MYSELF AND I DON'T LIKE IT FOR WHATEVER REASON?

  • We accept any item for exchange or refund within 60 days of purchase as long as it's brought back in the same condition as it was sold and also not washed. We only charge $6 postage for one shirt and free postage for 2 or more to encourage our customers to order, however we are charged almost double by Australia post, which has again recently increased their postage rates, so if a refund is requested, the full amount of the postage cost would be deducted from the refund. The postage cost varies depending on the location so the amount would be provided and all questions would be answered before completing the refund.

  • If refund is requested, and free shipping was applied when purchasing the item or items, then postage cost will be deducted from the overall refund.
  • If exchange is requested, then a Pre-Paid Regular or Express satchel is required to be included in the returned bag so that we are able to send it back to you. Please have the satchel filled out with your address and please keep the tracking number so it doesn't get lost.
